Hello and welcome, I'm Kate and I am a counsellor based in Worcester Park. We all experience times in our lives when we feel we could do with some emotional help and support. You may have struggled for a long time with difficult feelings or they may have been precipitated by a major life event or trauma such as the breakdown of a relationship or a bereavement. Sometimes there seems to be no obvious reasons for feeling depressed, anxious or simply stuck.
I am a qualified and experienced psychodynamic counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which means that I work according to their code of ethics and framework for good practice.

I work with adults of all ages on an open-ended basis or in a time limited way for an agreed number of sessions, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
My practice is within easy reach of Worcester Park and Stoneleigh stations and is on several major bus routes. It's easily accessible from Cheam, Wimbledon, Merton, Epsom, Ewell, Stoneleigh, Sutton and the surrounding areas. There is off-street parking available for the duration of your therapy session.
